I started my Invisalign journey last year with Dr Maryam and had 26 trays in total. The whole experience has been amazing. Dr Maryam is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. She is so kind, professional and always helpful. Everyone else at the practice has also been lovely and welcoming. I had regular check-ins throughout the treatment, and everything was monitored really well. I also had a few dental fillings during this time and the results were so natural, you honestly couldn’t tell I’d had anything done. I’m really glad I chose Dr Maryam and Biggleswade High Street Dental Clinic for my Invisalign journey and would definitely recommend them!

Having had a fear of dentists all my life, I had the most amazing experience today. Kimberley the receptionist was fabulous 👌🏼 Sharon, who my appointment was with, was fantastic and really put me at ease. I will always have a fear but I know they know and I felt understood 💯

I had a check up and clean, my dentist had been keeping an eye on one of my front teeth that was starting to discolour and a tiny hole had formed, we decided to go for a filling to stop it spreading. I attended a few days later, didnt feel a thing. The fees here are reasonable and the care they give you is exceptional. I feel relaxed now when attending instead of anxious. Yes its a bit more expensive but not as much as i thought, so glad i changed from the NHS to private.

Excellent friendly service from all staff from the Receptionists upto the Dentists. So friendly and welcoming. Very reasonable prices, no hidden costs. Have had scans, fillings and work done and can highly recommend them!! Very customer friendly opening hours too. Thank you🙂👍

No. We are an independent private clinic, but our prices for the most common treatments are set to be close to NHS charges — so you can be seen quickly and safely without the long NHS waiting list.

Simply book online. Our booking system registers you automatically when you make your first appointment. Registering a family? Book for each person — adults need their own email address, children can share a parent's.

We prioritise emergencies and offer same-day appointments from £49. We are open until 20:00 from Monday to Thursday, until 17:00 on Friday and until 14:00 on Saturday.

Yes. With Tabeo, treatment from £250 can be spread over 3 to 12 months at 0% interest. Our membership plans with the Global Dental Scheme spread the cost of routine care by Direct Debit and save 5% on other treatment — ask reception on 01767 306688.

Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead is free. Later cancellations are charged a deposit (hygienist appointments 50% of the treatment price). Lateness is charged at £25 per 15 minutes, so please arrive 10 minutes early. Cancellation messages sent by WhatsApp may still be charged.

Absolutely. Our team uses gentle techniques and takes time to explain every step so that even the most anxious patients feel at ease. Sedation is available at our clinic in Silsoe; ask reception.

Yes. There is step-free access into the practice and an induction loop, and St Andrews Street Car Park nearby has disabled parking spaces.
