Cancellation policy
- Cancelling more than 24 hours before your appointment is free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are charged a deposit. Hygienist appointments are charged at 50% of the treatment price.
- Late arrival is charged £25 for every 15 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
- To cancel or rearrange, use the link in your confirmation email or call reception. Cancellations sent by WhatsApp may still be charged.
